Land the career
you came here for

A practical program for migrants navigating the Australian job market — built by someone who did it alone, from scratch, with no local experience and no one to ask.

In 2009 I arrived in Australia with no contacts, no local experience, and no AI to help me. Job applications were my full-time job. I figured it out — slowly, then all at once. This program is everything I wish someone had handed me on day one.

✈️
Recently arrived in Australia
You have qualifications and experience from your home country but don't know how to translate them for the Australian market. You're applying and hearing nothing back.
📄
Struggling with your resume and cover letter
You've sent out dozens of applications using the same resume format you've always used — but Australian employers aren't responding. You're not sure what you're doing wrong.
🎯
Ready to do what it takes
You're not looking for shortcuts. You're willing to do the work — you just need someone to show you what work actually needs doing in this market, with this culture, right now.

5 Mistakes Migrants Make
Job Hunting in Australia

These aren't obvious mistakes. They're the ones that cost talented, qualified people months of searching — because nobody told them the Australian market works differently.

01
Using a resume format that works everywhere except Australia
Australian resumes are shorter, more specific, and structured very differently to what most migrants are used to. A resume that got you hired in India will often get you filtered out here before a human even reads it.
02
Only applying on job boards and then waiting
Most Australian jobs are never advertised publicly. The hidden job market is real — and migrants who don't know how to access it are competing for a fraction of the available roles against a much larger pool of applicants.
03
Not knowing how to talk about overseas experience
Your experience is real and valuable — but Australian hiring managers don't automatically know how to read it. There's a specific way to contextualise overseas credentials that makes them land. Most migrants never learn it.
04
Misreading Australian interview culture
Australian interviews value a very specific kind of confidence — collaborative, direct, self-aware, not hierarchical. Getting this wrong costs people jobs they were perfectly qualified for.
05
Waiting until they feel ready — and waiting too long
Confidence comes from action, not from preparation. The migrants who land fastest are the ones who jump in and learn in real time — not the ones who spend months perfecting a resume nobody has seen yet.

Careers in Australia —
3-Session Job Landing Program

Three 90-minute sessions delivered live on Zoom in a small group of 10. Built around the three things that actually determine whether migrants land jobs quickly — how you present yourself on paper, how you perform in the room, and how you adapt to a new professional culture without losing yourself.

Every session includes practical exercises, real examples, and tools you can use the same day. No theory. No fluff. Just what works.

Built by someone
who lived it

I arrived in Australia in 2009 with overseas qualifications, no local experience, no contacts, and no support network to help me navigate the job market. There was no AI, no program like this, no one to review my resume or tell me what Australian interviewers were really looking for.

Job applications were my full-time job. I cold-called recruiters. I rewrote my resume over and over. I showed up to interviews not knowing what I didn't know. And slowly — then all at once — it worked.

What followed was a 20-year career across some of Australia's largest organisations — a major financial services organisation, a global investment firm, a Big Four firm, a major Australian organisation, a major telecommunications provider, and more. I built that career entirely on my own, from scratch, in a country where I knew no one.

This program is everything I wish someone had handed me on day one.

Things people
usually ask

Do I need to be from India or a specific background to join? +
Not at all. The program was built from personal experience as an Indian migrant, but the content applies to anyone navigating the Australian job market for the first time — regardless of where you're from. The challenges are the same.
I've been in Australia for a few years. Is this still relevant for me? +
Yes. Many migrants who have been here for years are still operating with job-hunting habits from their home country without realising it. If you're not getting the traction you expect given your experience and qualifications, this program will show you why and what to change.
What if I can't make the live session time? +
All sessions are recorded and shared with registered participants. That said, the live format is where most of the value comes from — the Q&A, the group discussion, and the real-time feedback. We'll schedule sessions to suit the majority of the cohort's time zones.
Is the $297 paid upfront or per session? +
The $297 covers the full 3-session program paid upfront. Once the first cohort dates are confirmed, you'll receive a payment link before the first session. If for any reason you can't attend after paying, you'll have access to all recordings.
Can I do just the free workshop without committing to the full program? +
Absolutely. The free workshop is completely standalone — no obligation to join the paid program. If you find it valuable and want to go deeper, the full program will be available. If not, you've still walked away with practical tools at no cost.
When does the first cohort start? +
Dates are being finalised. Register your interest now and you'll be the first to know — with priority access to book before spots are opened publicly. The free workshop will run first, followed by the paid cohort shortly after.
